Event Architecture to Sponsor Meeting Point Lounge at EXHIBITORLIVE 2019 for Second Year in a Row
For the second consecutive year, Event Architecture will provide one of its mobile, architectural structures as a sponsor of EXHIBITORLIVE. The EXHIBITORLIVE Meeting Point Lounge will be used as a gathering spot where attendees can meet, relax and recharge. Author Charles Pappas will host two Fireside Chats at the lounge as well.
DALLAS – February 21, 2019 – Event Architecture is pleased to renew its partnership with Exhibitor Media Group as a sponsor of the EXHIBITORLIVE Meeting Point Lounge at EXHIBITORLIVE 2019. Exhibitor Media Group publishes the award-winning EXHIBITOR magazine and is host of the annual event, which is a professional development conference for trade show and corporate event marketing. The event runs February 24-28, 2019, at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nevada.
This is the second year the EXHIBITORLIVE Meeting Point Lounge will be available to attendees at the event and sponsored by Event Architecture. According to Exhibitor Media Group President and COO Randy Acker, “The EXHIBITORLIVE Meeting Point Lounge was a great new addition to the attendee experience in 2018, and we are excited that Event Architecture will once again bring it to life in 2019.”
For the 2019 lounge, Event Architecture will bring one of its 20’ tall x 32’ wide x 16’ deep XPODH structures. The portable building features a durable, modern design constructed of sturdy aluminum supports encased by air cells comprised of a double layer of coated fabric, which are pressurized to create tension.
As with all Event Architecture structures, the XPODH was easy to customize for the event. EXHIBITORLIVE branded graphic wraps cover the exterior, and additional branded graphics and signage will be placed inside and out. Attendees will find many comfortable seating areas at the lounge, as well as plenty of charging stations.
Charles Pappas, an EXHIBITORLIVE editor, will also be hosting two Fireside Chats at the lounge, where he will discuss the launch of his new book: “Flying Cars, Zombie Dogs, and Robot Overlords: How World’s Fairs and Trade Expos Changed the World.” The chats will take place Monday, February 25 at 2 p.m. (for attendees) and Wednesday, February 27 at 11 a.m. (for exhibitors and supply side representatives).
Having a commanding presence at a prestigious event marketing conference like EXHITIBORLIVE also allows Event Architecture to introduce its products to experiential marketers and agencies who aren’t familiar with the company’s line of modular structures.
As Tim Bookout, Director of Sales at Event Architecture explains, “EXHIBITORLIVE has long been the place for the best trade show and corporate event training and ground-breaking products. We are excited to be included in EXHIBITORLIVE‘s increased commitment to professionals involved in outdoor activations and events as marketing dollars continue to shift away from traditional media and into experiential engagements.”
The EXHIBITORLIVE Meeting Point Lounge will be located at booth #1853. Event Architecture also welcomes attendees to stop by its booth #1856 to meet representatives from the company and for information about its customizable, semi-permanent, modular structures.
