The company will provide an XLIVE branded modular XPO structure for the Speaker’s Lounge and showcase a large OiOXL structure used for a recent luxury car brand activation. Event Architecture’s Director of Sales, Tim Bookout, will speak about experiential retail on a panel at the Brands, Media & Experiential Lab during the event.

DALLAS – December 6, 2018Event Architecture, a provider of modular architectural structures for live events and brand activations, will travel to Las Vegas, Nevada, December 9-12, 2018 for the annual XLIVE Conference & Expo. XLIVE brings together industry leaders from music, sports, film, culinary, beverage, esports and technology to “cultivate big ideas that create extraordinary experiences.”

According to Tim Bookout, Director of Sales at Event Architecture, XLIVE is a can’t-miss event for brands looking to up their experiential marketing games. As he explains, “So many people these days fast forward past TV ads, that brands need a new way to connect with their audience. So, finding a way to connect at large events is more and more important today. XLIVE offers access to vendors and insight on a wide variety of topics that experiential marketers will really find helpful.”

As one of those vendors, Event Architecture will feature one of its larger OiOXL structures at its booth. “We customized a 12’x8’x8’ OiOXL for a recent luxury car event in Dallas and are bringing it to XLIVE because it is a great example of how the units can be branded. Exhibiting at XLIVE also gives us the opportunity to discuss how our architectural structures are not limited to smaller sizes. To date, we’ve done structures as big as 69’x20’x56’, and we can go larger,” Bookout says.

Bookout is also excited for guests to see how branded structures grab attention at live events and meet functional needs, too. Event Architecture’s modern, portable structures can also provide shelter from inclement weather and a quiet space where prospects can stay focused on the individual brand – especially in noisy environments.

Event Architecture is also sponsoring the Speaker’s Lounge at the event and will provide a 6mx5m XPO structure that has been customized with XLIVE branding inside and out. The exterior will be wrapped with custom-printed fabric graphics and also features a dimensional sign of the XLIVE logo constructed of frosted acrylic along with frosted vinyl accents on the front and back walls. Branding extends inside with a series of vertical XLIVE signs printed on frosted vinyl. The space will also feature comfortable seating, workstations and other amenities provided by Event Architecture.

Along with educating attendees about Event Architectures’ innovative modular structures and design services, Bookout is looking forward to speaking on a panel at the Brands, Media & Experiential Lab on Monday, Dec. 10, from 9:05 a.m.-9:55 a.m.

Says Bookout, “I will be joining Audrea Hooper of Zappos, Andrea Michaels of Extraordinary Events, Jin Yu of Surkus and moderator Christopher Jozeph of Vokare X to discuss the topic, ‘Pop-ups Galore: Exploring the Rise of Experiential Retail.’ We will discuss innovative aspects of pop-up stores, from the concept to actual structure options. During the discussion, we will take a project all the way through the planning process, with experts from various disciplines weighing in on important aspects that help make an experiential retail installation successful.”
